Used as a first step process to compliment Rupert’s peri peri baste range, peri peri marinade is developed to provide a fuller taste with a spicy underlayer, ensuring flavour penetrates the meat for consistent deeper flavour. This base marinade ensures the flavour penetrates the meat, ensuring consistent flavour throughout the piece.

Storage: Store in ambient conditions away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
Twelve months from the manufacture date.
All products are manufactured in a factory with BRC and HMC accreditation (Kosher on request).
- Mixing 1-part marinade: 3 parts water. The less water you put in, the stronger the flavour will be.
- Place chicken in marinade (making sure all the chicken is covered) and leave to marinade for 24 hours.
- Cook chicken in a steam oven on a full steam setting for the appropriate amount of time.
- Then apply Rupert’s peri-peri Baste whilst the chicken is on the grill for extra flavour.
