Peri-Peri Marinade

Used as a first step process to compliment Rupert’s peri peri baste range, peri peri marinade is developed to provide a fuller taste with a spicy underlayer, ensuring flavour penetrates the meat for consistent deeper flavour. This base marinade ensures the flavour penetrates the meat, ensuring consistent flavour throughout the piece.

    All products are manufactured in a factory with BRC and HMC accreditation (Kosher on request).

    1. Mixing 1-part marinade: 3 parts water. The less water you put in, the stronger the flavour will be.
    2. Place chicken in marinade (making sure all the chicken is covered) and leave to marinade for 24 hours.
    3. Cook chicken in a steam oven on a full steam setting for the appropriate amount of time.
    4. Then apply Rupert’s peri-peri Baste whilst the chicken is on the grill for extra flavour.
